Cast Iron Stack replacement
If your home has an old cast iron stack, it may crack and cause water damage. Over time cast iron pipe will rust from the inside, which is why most older homes with their original piping have a brittle and damaged stack. If your cast iron stack is at risk of cracking it is time to replace it with ABS.

One way to start reducing the use of energy is to creating the zones and install electronic air duct dampers. Electric air duct dampers allow you to shut off airflow to unoccupied or unused rooms, which limit the flow of heated or cooled air to the areas that really need it.
